what is your alteration going to cost?

With the current housing market a lot of people want to do alterations to their homes, but don’t know where to start. We can make you a design and set of drawings for pricing so you can talk to your Financial Advisor.

This is not a building consent set and will leave enough room for future changes, it just gives you a fair idea of what your alteration will cost.

These drawings can be handed out to builders and other Tradespersons to give them the ability to price the design with great accuracy.

building code

The drawings will be according to the New Zealand Building Code and Council regulations, with the sole purpose of pricing. We’ve noticed that clients really appreciate knowing what their project is going to cost them, before they submit to Council, so they can save themselves the costs of an amendment for cost related changes.

After receiving the feedback from builders and other tradespersons, it’s a small step to Building Consent drawings and we can also help you with getting the right Documentation for Building Consent.
