Maurice

[Bachelor of Building and Environment, member of ADNZ, Licensed Building Practitioner by Department of Building & Housing]

Maurice studied in The Netherlands then worked for 7 years in leading architectural practises. Following arriving in New Zealand he worked another 2 years before opening MnM Design Ltd in 2009.

Maurice thrives on designing thorough construction details and drawings to ensure your project is built to the standard you expect. He is a Licensed Building Practitioner under the scheme introduced by the Department of Building & Housing and professional member of Architectural Designers New Zealand (ADNZ).

Marije

[Master of Architecture, Bachelor of Interior Design]

Marije also complete her studies in Holland and worked for 9 years in large architectural firms. Her extensive studies coupled with 3 years working in a New Zealand practice means she can apply her sound knowledge to the New Zealand architectural context and building industry.

Marije relishes a challenge to create a design concept that’s unique to you and your site. Her inventive style has a real point of difference that sets MnM Design Ltd. apart.

MnM Design Ltd. has worked with, and along side property developers to supply designs that sell packages ‘off the plans.’ These can be fully individual to each site or iterations of several designs. By offering a complete package, potential buyers can visualise exactly what is being built and speed up the selling process. This in turn allows you as the developer to forge ahead with further lots or even free up capital for your next venture.

Individual landowners have also found it beneficial to offer buyers a package.
